Orthopaedic Surgery & Traumatology named the official journal of IAMRegen.

On , the Board of Directors of the Turkish Bone and Joint Society formally accepted IAMRegen’s proposal to establish Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology (ORTST) as the official journal of the International Association of Musculoskeletal Regeneration — a peer-reviewed, open-access home for musculoskeletal regeneration research and the annual IAMRegen consensus.

Letter of acceptance
Turkish Bone & Joint Society · ORTST

Dear Professor Lee,

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Bone and Joint Surgery Society, I would like to express our sincere appreciation for your thoughtful letter and for the confidence you have placed in our journal through your proposal for a formal publishing partnership between Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology (ORTST) and the International Association of Musculoskeletal Regeneration (IAMRegen).

Your proposal has been carefully reviewed and discussed during a meeting of our Society’s Board of Directors. Following thorough consideration, we are pleased to inform you that the Board views your proposal with great interest and enthusiasm.

We believe that the scientific vision, educational objectives, and research priorities of IAMRegen closely align with the publication aims and scope of ORTST. The multidisciplinary and evidence-based initiatives described in your proposal represent a highly valuable contribution to the advancement of musculoskeletal science and clinical practice. We are confident that such a collaboration would substantially enrich the scientific profile and international visibility of both our organizations.

Furthermore, we believe that establishing ORTST as the official journal of IAMRegen would foster a productive and sustainable academic partnership, creating new opportunities for scientific exchange, dissemination of high-quality research, and international collaboration. We are convinced that this cooperation will be mutually beneficial and will serve the interests of the wider orthopaedic and musculoskeletal community.

Accordingly, it will be our great pleasure to work together with IAMRegen toward the successful implementation of this partnership. We also appreciate your openness to constructive dialogue regarding the draft Memorandum of Understanding and look forward to collaborating closely during the finalization of the agreement.

Yours sincerely,

Professor Nizamettin Koçkara
